We are a two Partner consulting business with two key specialisms. HR Search and Reward Consulting. When you work with us you work directly with one of the Partners.
We partner with market leading organisations, from investor backed scale ups, privately owned businesses, Asset managers and PE firms, to listed organisations, helping them to achieve their goals and delivering excellence throughout.
Our Partners
Alister has 17 years of HR recruitment experience gained within market leading recruitment businesses (including a foray into in house HR recruitment and HR project management).
Alister partners with CEOs, Founders and Chief People Officers to place key HR leadership roles into their organisations. These are typically CPO searches and CP0 - 1.
‘I started Jenkins Associates to provide clients with a fresh approach to HR Search. My aim is to give honest, pragmatic advice to deliver the best talent to my clients. All of our work is through referral or existing relationships, and this is what makes me particularly proud. I never take on more searches than I can personally deliver in their entirety.'
Ali has worked in Reward and HR for over 17 years. She has deep knowledge that has been built at the likes of Barclays, EY (reward consulting) and leading a reward function in a PE backed scale up.
Ali partners with Chief People Officers and the wider exco to assess, and build/rebuild reward frameworks that help businesses attract, reward and retain the most talented people in their organisations'
