Alister works with ambitious companies who are keen to hire the best HR leaders. Alister acts as an advisor and sounding board to his clients.
He has spent the last 17 years working in HR search for market leading companies, coupled with a period working in house delivering HR recruitment at RBS.
Alister is passionate about working with top talent and matching great companies with great people.
Alister has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and this study of logic (in addition to his pragmatic style) helps his clients to find the right solution to their problems.
Outside of work he is a willing (yet distinctly average) golfer and a professional dad taxi driver.
