Interviews and meetings are great……what else is there?
We are qualified and registered with the British Psychological Society to administer, deliver and interpret occupational ability and personality assessments. We use the Saville Assessment tools (Willis Towers Watson) to deliver these assessments for our clients. Whilst psychometric assessments are not essential for every hire, they can be a useful tool for selection and more importantly, future development.
